Weekly/Weeks Recap #3

There hasn’t been any crazy excitement as of late which is why I haven’t posted much this month (I’m still looking through all of my Iceland photos and am working on the final part of my posts about it) so here are just a few things I really enjoyed these past few weeks. Enjoy!
My parents recently bought some beautiful land and we had their first big bonfire dinner which was so perfect and beautiful (despite sitting in various marshmallows and ruining my pants) being able to just enjoy the cooler weather here in Florida has been long anticipated and nothing beats a good fire dinner! I always say I’d love to live where it’s cold and I miss having the gorgeous fall season that everyone is soaking up right now but I’m not gonna lie it isn’t bad not freezing our butts off outside! being able to just hang out in your jeans and a sweatshirt while feeling perfectly comfortable is truly wonderful.

We of course couldn’t do a fire dinner without gigantic s’mores!!

I was able to enjoy a lovely breakfast date with my Best Friend and see a little hidden treasure of our home town (we both grew up here and don’t love it to put it simply but found some things to make us appreciate it) I will admit I love looking at the water, it’s not a bad view.

A little peek at my small kitchen storage/countertop area I love these cacti curtains which are from amazon last I checked they don’t sell them but if I see them up again I’ll post it on my insta stories! Me and my husband live very simply in a very cozy little barn loft so here is a little sneak of what we have to work with space wise. As we finish more things and get everything how we want I’ll share more of our home eventually.

And we can’t have a weekly/weeks post without my chickens! These fluffy kind of ugly ones in the grass are a Japanese breed called silkies and let me tell you chickens aren’t smart to begin with but these things...I really think they’d drown in the rain if they didn’t have a flock to follow, not the brightest but very sweet chickens and we love them just as we love the others.

So that’s it for now I’ve been really wanting to take my nice camera out and take some good quality pictures for you guys and make a post but I haven’t had the chance to so hopefully soon!

Till next time! Thanks for reading

~Toodles~
